Overview

Welcome to The Nature Queen.

This website, www.thenaturequeen.com, is operated by Natural honey Ltd. Throughout these Terms of Service, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Natural Honey Ltd

We offer natural food, wellness, skincare, bee products and related goods through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and other applicable policies.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.

1. Online Store Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract or have appropriate permission to make the purchase.

You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes.

You must not introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material to our website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful activity, fraud or security threats.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, prices and other information are accurate and up to date.

Our products include natural and minimally processed items. Minor variations in colour, texture, appearance, flavour and consistency may occur due to natural ingredients and seasonal differences.

Such variations do not necessarily indicate a defect, provided the products remain of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Product photographs are illustrative. Any material differences in packaging, quantity or product characteristics will be communicated where required.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions and packaging, provided these changes do not misrepresent products purchased by customers.

3. Fresh, Frozen and Perishable Products

The Nature Queen sells temperature-sensitive and perishable products, including:

  • Pure Cold-Pressed Sea Buckthorn Juice

  • Frozen Sea Buckthorn Berries

  • Sea Buckthorn & Ginger Immune Booster Shots

  • Fresh Royal Jelly

  • Other fresh, chilled and frozen food products

These products require appropriate storage and handling to maintain freshness, quality and safety.

Customers should read and follow the product-specific storage instructions and date markings supplied with their orders.

Pure Cold-Pressed Sea Buckthorn Juice

Our pure juice is cold-pressed, unpasteurised and contains no added preservatives.

Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C and consume within 7 days, subject to the applicable date marking.

For longer-term storage, keep frozen according to the product instructions.

Extended refrigeration beyond the recommended storage period may cause fermentation, gas formation, changes in appearance or spoilage.

Frozen Sea Buckthorn Berries

Frozen berries should be transferred promptly to suitable freezer storage upon delivery.

Where the product instructions permit refrigerated storage after thawing, consume within 7 days and within the applicable use-by period.

Follow the instructions regarding refreezing and safe handling.

Sea Buckthorn & Ginger Immune Booster Shots

Keep refrigerated at the temperature stated on the product label.

Consume within 2 weeks, subject to the applicable date marking and product-specific instructions.

Fresh Royal Jelly

Fresh Royal Jelly must remain refrigerated according to its label instructions.

Its refrigerated shelf life is normally up to 6 months, subject to the expiry date shown on the product packaging and maintenance of the required storage conditions.

Storage Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for following the appropriate storage and handling instructions after delivery.

Where products are supplied in satisfactory condition with adequate storage information, we are not responsible for deterioration caused solely by incorrect storage, mishandling or keeping products beyond their recommended shelf life.

However, we remain responsible for goods that are faulty, unsafe or not as described when supplied, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally by dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a genuine pricing error.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue the appropriate refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website or communicated during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather, operational circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.

We will comply with applicable consumer rights concerning delivery delays and undelivered goods.

Temperature-Sensitive Deliveries

Some products require chilled or frozen transport and prompt storage after delivery.

Customers should make reasonable arrangements to receive temperature-sensitive deliveries and follow the accompanying storage instructions.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled or otherwise unsuitable for consumption, please contact us as soon as possible.

Risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer when the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.

Eligible non-perishable products may be returned under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, subject to its conditions.

Certain products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These may include fresh, chilled and frozen food products.

This exemption does not remove the customer's statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

Full details are available in our Refund & Returns Policy:

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect or otherwise unsuitable for consumption, contact us at info@thenaturequeen.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

We may request further information to investigate the complaint.

Each complaint will be assessed individually, considering the product's condition on delivery, its storage requirements and other relevant circumstances.

Reporting an issue later does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Where a product does not meet applicable consumer law requirements, we will provide the appropriate legal remedy.

9. Natural Products and Health Information

Information on our website about natural foods, bee products, skincare, nutrition and wellness is provided for general information.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases unless expressly authorised and lawfully marketed for that purpose.

Information on our website should not replace professional medical advice.

Customers should check product ingredients and allergen information before use.

Bee products, including royal jelly, honey, propolis and bee pollen, may cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals.

If you have allergies, medical conditions, take medication or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for unsafe products, inaccurate mandatory product information or other responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.

This includes:

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Contact details

  • Payment information

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order information.

All original website content, including text, branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions and design elements, belongs to The Nature Queen Ltd or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

By submitting a review for publication on our website, you grant us permission to display that review in connection with our products and services, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.

  • To infringe intellectual property rights.

  • To distribute malicious software.

  • To attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights.

  • Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach or negligence, subject to applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our products, business operations, legal obligations or website functionality.

Updated terms will be published on this page.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under contracts already formed.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
