Honey Marinated Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Two tablespoons of mustard
  • Three tablespoons of The Nature Queen honey
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salmon fillet
  • fresh oregano

Preparation:

  1. Make a mixture with mustard, honey and olive oil. Place the mixture in a bag and put the salmon in it to marinate for a couple of hours.
  2. After two hours, place the salmon on a tray and add the oregano leaves on it. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Puff pastry stuffed with cheese and strawberries with honey

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry
  • Queso
  • Strawberries
  • The Nature Queen Honey 
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • yolk of an egg
  • Two teaspoons brown sugar
  • Two teaspoons white sugar

Puff pastry stuffed with cheese and strawberries with honey

Preparation:

  1. Cut the strawberries into slices and add the balsamic cream, the honey and the two tablespoons of brown sugar. Once we have mixed everything, we must let it rest in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  2. Extend the puff pastry and add the cheese in the central part of it. On top of the cheese we add the mixture of the strawberries that was resting and we close the puff pastry in the form of a braid.
  3. Once we have braided the puff pastry, spread the egg yolk and put it in the oven for half an hour at 170 degrees. Dust with sugar.

Honey Chicken Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • Two or three tomatoes (depending on their size)
  • Two or three avocados (depending on their size)
  • Chicken breast fillets
  • cheese in cubes
  • Two tablespoons of honey
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce

Preparation:

  1. Grill the chicken breast fillets and add salt and a little black pepper (to taste) to give it flavor.
  2. Cut the peeled tomato, avocado and lettuce into not very small pieces in the same bowl. Cut the chicken and add it.
  3. Create a mixture of honey and oil (add more or less honey depending on the sweetness you want the mixture to have). Add it to the bowl with the tomato, avocado and chicken.
  4. Add the cheese in tacos and heat a little so that it melts.
