Ingredients for 20 biscuits

  • 90 g of The Nature Queen Honey
  • 45 ml of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g of wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 orange peel

METHOD

How to make cookies with wholemeal flour



In a bowl mix the egg with the oil and The Nature Queen Honey


Add the wholemeal flour, baking powder and grated orange peel



Work until you get a soft and homogeneous dough.



form the dough into balls and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper

 


Crush the balls with the prongs of a fork, then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 160° for 15 minutes



Leave to cool and serve the biscuits with wholemeal flour and honey
