🐝 From Our Family's Apiaries

Our family's beekeeping tradition has been passed down through generations in southwest Romania, where bees forage among wildflower meadows, orchards and forests throughout the season.

Today, while we continue working closely with our family's trusted apiaries, we're also proudly growing our own bee colonies in Kent, England—continuing our journey as beekeepers and bringing our passion for bees even closer to home.

❄️ Why Has My Honey Crystallised?

Crystallisation is a completely natural process and a sign that your honey is genuinely raw.

If you prefer a runnier consistency, simply place the jar in warm water (below 40°C) until the crystals dissolve. Avoid microwaving, as excessive heat can affect the honey's natural qualities.
