Rapeseed Honey is unique because it contains a naturally higher proportion of glucose, meaning it crystallises much faster than most other honeys. This quick crystallisation is a natural characteristic and a sign of genuine raw honey—not a defect.

❄️ Why Does Rapeseed Honey Set So Quickly?

Unlike many other varieties, Rapeseed Honey naturally crystallises very rapidly because of its higher natural glucose content.

This creamy texture is one of the reasons it's so popular and is often referred to by beekeepers as a naturally soft-set honey.

If you prefer a smoother consistency, gently warm the jar in water below 40°C. Avoid microwaving, as excessive heat may affect the honey's natural qualities.
